A specific idea to build and test, not a ready-made template. Starting opens an editable prompt; it does not begin a paid generation.
The useful part
What someone would do.
Add a subscription and billing interval
See upcoming recorded renewals
Compare monthly and annual totals
The capabilities behind it
Why Div-idy fits this idea.
Div-idy provides building blocks for this project rather than a separate prebuilt integration for every use case. Here is the role each capability would play.
Browser-local storage
A Div-idy project can use browser-local storage for personal progress, preferences, and working information. This is useful when the tool should work with data on the current device rather than a shared project database.
For this project: Store the subscription list in the current browser.
Div-idy generates React and TypeScript interfaces from plain-language prompts. Forms, filters, calculations, timers, and browser graphics can run in the project without calling an AI model for every interaction.
For this project: Calculate totals and sort the entered renewal dates.
This does not connect to a bank, cancel subscriptions, or confirm provider price changes.
Test the full workflow with your own information, including empty inputs, mistakes, mobile controls, and any published behavior. These concepts have not been individually built or verified.
Capability limits for this idea
Browser-local storage: Browser-local data does not automatically follow someone to another device and can be lost when browser data is cleared. It is not a secure multi-user account system.
Interactive interfaces: Generated code checks are not a substitute for testing the actual interactions, calculations, and mobile layout. Arbitrary packages and custom server programs are outside the prepared runtime.
Use it where it belongs
Keep it personal, or share it deliberately.
Start in your private project preview. If you publish the interface for others, design it so each person's local working data stays in their current browser. That is not automatic cloud backup or account-based synchronization. Test storage and clearing behavior before relying on it.
Build a manual subscription renewal dashboard for someone keeping track of recurring purchases.
Goal: Show renewal dates and spending totals for subscriptions entered by the user.
The main flow should let a person:
1. Add a subscription and billing interval.
2. See upcoming recorded renewals.
3. Compare monthly and annual totals.
Details I will supply or customize:
- Price and currency fields
- Billing intervals
- How estimates handle annual plans
Use these supported Div-idy capabilities:
- Browser-local storage: Store the subscription list in the current browser. Keep this personal information in the current browser. Explain that it does not automatically sync, provide an explicit clear-data action, and never silently send it to a public record feed.
- Interactive interfaces: Calculate totals and sort the entered renewal dates. Use supported React and TypeScript components and browser APIs. Keep ordinary calculations and interactions deterministic; do not call AI for them.
Important boundary: This does not connect to a bank, cancel subscriptions, or confirm provider price changes.
Make the layout work on desktop and mobile, with clear labels, keyboard-friendly controls, and useful empty, loading, and error states. Use clearly labeled sample information until I supply real content. Do not invent integrations, secure visitor logins, payments, or capabilities that are not available. Keep the first version focused on this main flow.
