Acceptable Use Policy
This policy is part of the Div-idy Terms of Service. It applies to prompts, uploads, generated output, code, databases, forms, links, shared projects, and other use of the service.
1. Use Div-idy lawfully
Do not use Div-idy to violate a law, court order, contract, or another person's rights. You are responsible for understanding the rules that apply to your project, audience, industry, and location. A Div-idy safety scan is not legal approval.
2. Harmful and exploitative content
Do not create, upload, host, or promote:
- child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, grooming, or any sexual content involving minors;
- non-consensual intimate content, sexual extortion, trafficking, or content that facilitates sexual abuse;
- credible threats, targeted harassment, stalking, doxxing, or instructions that meaningfully facilitate physical harm;
- terrorist or violent-extremist recruitment, praise, operational support, or propaganda;
- content that unlawfully promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against protected people; or
- instructions intended to facilitate serious wrongdoing, evasion of law enforcement, or illegal weapons or controlled-substance activity.
3. Fraud, deception, and impersonation
- Do not phish, scam, defraud, impersonate, or falsely imply affiliation, sponsorship, certification, or endorsement.
- Do not create deceptive login, payment, wallet, support, government, bank, employer, school, or identity-verification pages.
- Do not manipulate reviews, engagement, elections, markets, or public processes unlawfully.
- Disclose synthetic or AI-generated content when law or context requires it, especially where a reasonable person could be materially misled.
4. Privacy, forms, and databases
- Collect only information reasonably needed for a clear, lawful purpose and provide project visitors with any required privacy notice and choice.
- Do not use Div-idy forms or project databases to collect passwords, authentication codes, full payment-card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, bank-login credentials, Social Security or national ID numbers, passport or driver's-license details, medical records, biometric identifiers, private keys, seed phrases, API secrets, or similarly sensitive data.
- Use an approved third-party checkout such as Stripe Checkout for card payments. Never design a project that directly stores card details.
- Do not sell, disclose, scrape, combine, or repurpose project visitor information unlawfully.
- Do not collect personal information from children or operate a child-directed data-collection project unless you have first implemented every notice, age-assurance, parental-consent, security, and deletion control required by applicable law. Div-idy accounts themselves are restricted to people age 18 or older.
5. Intellectual property and personal rights
Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights. Do not remove ownership notices or use a person's name, likeness, voice, brand, or confidential material without the rights needed for that use.
6. Security and platform abuse
- Do not distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, credential stealers, destructive code, or hidden unwanted downloads.
- Do not probe, scan, exploit, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass access, safety, rate, file, credit, billing, or ownership controls, except for activity expressly authorized in writing.
- Do not use automated means to scrape the service, create accounts, exhaust resources, send spam, manipulate analytics, or evade enforcement.
- Do not use one project or account to provide unauthorized access to Div-idy features for others or resell the service without permission.
- Do not expose Firebase configuration as if it were an administrator credential, embed secret server keys, or instruct visitors to weaken their device or account security.
7. Regulated and high-impact uses
Do not rely on Div-idy or AI output as the sole basis for decisions that determine a person's eligibility, rights, safety, or access to employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, healthcare, legal services, government benefits, or other high-impact services. Any permitted use must include qualified human review and all notices, testing, appeal rights, licenses, and safeguards required by law.
8. External services and links
External links, scripts, embeds, advertisements, affiliate offers, APIs, and integrations must be safe, transparent, and lawful. Do not use redirects or URL obfuscation to conceal a destination or bypass review. You remain responsible for third-party services you add to a project.
9. Enforcement
Div-idy may use automated and manual review and may reject generation, block or disable a share link, remove content, preserve evidence, limit features, suspend or terminate an account, or notify appropriate parties when reasonably necessary. We consider context, severity, history, and risk. Urgent threats may require action without advance notice.
To report abuse or appeal an enforcement decision, email dividyapp@gmail.com with the project URL, relevant facts, and requested action. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as risks, laws, and the service change. Material changes will receive the notice described in the Terms. Where affirmative agreement is required, we will request it.
