How to Update Database Records from a Web Page

Need to change a saved record (like a lead, submission, or order)? You can update database records directly from the Database page in your project.

To update database records, open your project and click the Database tool. From the database page, you can edit records directly and save your updates.

Step-by-step

Open your project

Go to My Projects and open the project you want to manage. 

Open: /myaccount
Click: Your project

Open the Database page

On your project page, click the Database tool. 

Project page → Tools
Click: Database

Edit and save

Find the record you want to update, edit the values, and save your changes. 

Edit fields → Save updates
Changes apply immediately

Tips for clean data

  • Fix typos and standardize field names (ex: “phoneNumber”)
  • Remove test records and duplicates
  • Keep required fields consistent across forms
