About the Game
Baseball Career: Road to Pro is a single-player baseball career simulation for iPhone and iPad. Create your player, compete in games, improve your abilities, earn awards, sign contracts, and pursue a World Series championship.
Game Features
- Progress from Little League through high school, college, the minor leagues, and the pros.
- Play interactive baseball games.
- Improve hitting, power, speed, and health.
- Experience drafts, contracts, trades, injuries, awards, playoffs, and championships.
- Create and manage multiple career saves.
- Watch optional rewarded advertisements for additional training.
- Purchase optional skill upgrades through the App Store.

Support
When reporting a problem, please include:
- Your device model.
- Your iOS or iPadOS version.
- The version of the game.
- A description of what happened.
- A screenshot, if available.
Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
Rewarded Advertisements
Rewarded advertisements are optional. When available, watching a complete rewarded advertisement grants the reward shown in the game.
An advertisement may be temporarily unavailable because:
- No advertisement is currently available in your region.
- The advertisement has not finished loading.
- Your internet connection is unavailable.
- AdMob is reviewing or limiting advertising for the game.
- Required privacy choices have not been completed.
If an advertisement is unavailable, wait a few moments and try again. Rewards are only issued after the advertising provider confirms that the advertisement was completed.
In-App Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Baseball Gaming does not receive your complete payment-card or banking information.
Skill upgrade purchases are consumable and apply to the active career for which they were purchased. Consumable purchases generally cannot be restored after delivery. Deleting the career or uninstalling the game may remove the delivered upgrade.

Saved Careers
Career information is stored locally on your device. The game does not currently provide an online account or cross-device synchronization service.
Deleting a career permanently removes that career from the game. Removing the game may also remove locally saved careers. Device backups are managed separately through Apple.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Baseball Career: Road to Pro, referred to as the “App.” The App is published by Baseball Gaming, referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our.”
Information Stored by the App
The App stores gameplay information locally on your device. This may include:
- Your created player’s display name and appearance.
- Career progress and saved careers.
- Player attributes, statistics, awards, records, contracts, and game results.
- Teams, schedules, standings, and season information.
- Game settings and preferences.
- In-app purchase fulfillment records.
This information is used to operate the game, maintain saved careers, remember settings, and prevent a purchase from being delivered more than once.
Baseball Gaming does not currently operate an online account system or gameplay database. Career information is not intentionally transmitted to our servers because we do not operate servers for storing career data.
Local information remains on your device until you delete the applicable career or remove the App. Some information may remain in backups controlled by your device, operating system, or Apple account.
Information You Provide
The App allows you to enter a display name for your baseball player. This name is stored locally as part of your career save. You are not required to provide your legal name, email address, telephone number, home address, or password to play the game.
If you contact us for support, we receive the information included in your message. This may include your email address, description of the problem, and screenshots you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your request, investigate problems, and improve the App.
Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to provide optional rewarded advertisements. When you interact with advertising features, Google and its advertising partners may automatically process information such as:
- Your device’s Internet Protocol address.
- General location estimated from the Internet Protocol address.
- Device or app identifiers.
- Advertising data, including advertisements shown to you.
- Advertisement views, completions, and other interactions.
- App interaction information.
- Diagnostic, crash, and performance information.
- Consent and privacy-choice information.
This information may be used to provide, measure, limit, secure, and improve advertisements. Depending on your location and choices, advertisements may be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or delivered only for basic technical purposes.

Consent and Privacy Choices
The App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request and manage advertising consent when required. Users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other applicable regions may be asked to consent to or manage certain advertising-data uses before advertisements are requested.
Users in applicable United States jurisdictions may be provided with options concerning personalized advertising and the sale or sharing of personal information as those terms are defined by applicable law.
When required, a Privacy Choices button appears inside the game. This button allows you to review or change available advertising choices. Choosing not to consent to personalized advertising does not necessarily prevent all advertisements. You may receive non-personalized or limited advertisements instead.
In-App Purchase Information
The App uses Apple’s StoreKit and the App Store to process optional in-app purchases. Apple may process information including your Apple account, payment information, purchase history, device information, and transaction details according to Apple’s policies.
The App receives limited transaction information needed to verify and deliver purchases. This may include:
- The purchased product identifier.
- Purchase status.
- An App Store transaction identifier.
- An app-specific career identifier used to deliver the purchase to the correct career.
Baseball Gaming does not receive your complete payment-card number or banking information. Apple’s Privacy Policy is available at apple.com/legal/privacy.
Device Permissions
The App does not request access to:
- Precise GPS location.
- Contacts.
- Photos.
- Camera.
- Microphone.
- Health information.
The App does not currently provide public profiles, social networking, direct messaging, or user-to-user communication.
Sharing of Information
Baseball Gaming does not directly sell personal information for money. Information may be processed or shared by:
- Google AdMob and participating advertising partners to provide and measure advertisements.
- Google’s User Messaging Platform to record and communicate privacy choices.
- Apple to process purchases and provide App Store services.
- Service providers when reasonably necessary to operate, protect, or support the App.
- Government authorities or other parties when legally required or necessary to protect legal rights, users, or the public.
Some privacy laws define certain personalized-advertising activities as a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising,” even when no money is exchanged for personal information. Where applicable, use the App’s Privacy Choices feature to exercise available choices.
Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored career information remains on your device until you delete the career or remove the App, subject to backups maintained by Apple or your device settings.
To delete career data, use the career-management controls inside the App. To remove all locally stored App data, delete all careers or remove the App from your device.
Support communications are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Google and Apple retain information according to their respective privacy policies.
Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not designed specifically for children under 13. We do not knowingly request direct contact information from children or provide online accounts through which children can submit personal information to us.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information directly to Baseball Gaming, email baseballgamingapp@gmail.com. We will review the request and take appropriate action.
Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of advertisements and in-app purchases. Apple provides parental controls, Ask to Buy, and Screen Time features.
Security
We use reasonable measures designed to protect information under our control. However, no device, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices and Apple accounts.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. Most gameplay information is stored only on your device and can be removed by deleting the applicable career or uninstalling the App.

Because the App does not use online player accounts, Baseball Gaming may not possess information that identifies or can be connected to an individual user.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the App or its App Store listing when appropriate.
